Sílvia Norte
Portugal, 1976. Sílvia accomplished her first degree in International Relations in the Technical University of Lisbon and did a Master in Global Political Economy in the University of Sussex (UK). She is an expert in international development with emphasis in the good governance, institutional capacity building, media and human rights area. Having started her professional background in Australia and Spain, she has lately adopted the south hemisphere as her home. Sílvia has lived in Angola and Ecuador where she worked with different NGOs and the UE; she has also developed several consultancies in Guiné-Bissau, Bolivia and Haiti. Sílvia is actually between South and Central America, between yoga and ayahuasca.
